There's a big difference, if you're interested

Despite the theatrics, Milei has actually been implementing very orthodox (if difficult) macroeconomic policies from the very beginning. It's no surprise at all to macroeconomists that it's working (it is more of a surprise that he's managed to stay the course).

Trump on the other hand is implementing policies that all the economics we think we know tell us will be damaging, for the US and the rest of the world. No controversy, no two sides to it.
