From now on people need to buy American Penguin Shit or we'll just up the tariffs on their seagull s**t AND charge them for all the chips the seagulls nick and then ILLEGALLY import into the US. I mean, I'm not ruling out deporting seagulls which have immigrated illegally. They're not sending us their best seagulls. Chip Thieves, Bin Rippers, those kinds of seagulls. We will send them all back.
