Rick (possibly killed by Gaitok), because who threatens to kill the husband of the owner of the hotel you're staying at and thinks that will go well. Is that too obvious though?

I can't see it being Greg as there's no sense shooting up the hotel when you're looking for a quiet life.

Tim doesn't have the gun anymore, but waiting for the poison fruit smoothie to take someone out. Possibly the wife given her tsunami/drowning visions?
I think Lockie will stay to be a monk and Saxon will end up with Chelsea after what they setup in the penultimate episode. Piper, not sure.

The Greg/Belinda story line, surely she asks for more than 100k for silence?

The 3 friends either pretend everything is OK and carry on as if nothing happened or never speak again.
