if i was at the match with that attitude then it'd be a problem...

...but i wasn't so it matters not. i've been half-arsing it for years. as my profile says:

"Used to prefer playing football to watching it; now prefer neither, sadly."

can't completely switch off though as it's a hard wired lifelong obsession, but i've definitely taken a backseat these days.
