Happens to all clubs, but there's a player in there that we couldn't find while here

It was seen as a coup for us to sign him and it probably was but he's developed better elsewhere. People underestimate how hard it is when you're that young in a new country with a language which isn't your mother tongue, and so on, and expect these guys simply to slot in from day one which is not realistic. I've no doubt he could have been handled better than deansmith managed.
