Hunt out a quality older motor that's been well loved. Unless you don't want an older motor, in which case buy a new one, or lease it.

Alternatively, keep the one you've got, buy an expensive kayak and and go to the Caledonian Canal where you can spend any leftovers on single malt, a meal in the restaurant at the Fort Augustus end looking down Loch Ness. Or a stuffed Nessie and comedy tartan hat.
Do spend a night at the camping area by Kytra lock though. The views are spectacular. Take half an hour to sit and ponder life by the river behind the lock keepers house too.
