reading between the lines there may be a requirement for forum users to state/prove they

are 18 or over. existing users to state they are over 18 and new users (lol) to prove that they are over 18. also mroii that direct messages on forums are also set to be outlawed but they don't factor on here apart from the old bombproof wroth PM: "fao an other wrothface" is not covered by the new act. sneaky mofos.
