Aubergine (brinjal) pickle is great. For chutney I can recommend Mrs Balls (not Yvette Coo

per). Made with peaches and apricots so sweeter and tangier than Richard Branston's. It's lovely in a cheese (mature cheddar) and pickle sandwich.
