We need to keep adding the young developing (read inconsistent) for Moneyball

to work. So there will always be a degree of inconsistency in performances. We need to get the right senior players around them.

Personally I don't think Nunez will leave in the summer and would be good to create the team around him, Cordoba & Wright + a striker (if Crnac isn't earmarked for the role)
