I think it's partly players, partly systemic

They way we play is pretty much designed to give numerous chances to our opponents. I'm on the brink of asking the hoff to come into my office for a little chat at 9 on Monday morning. I'm ot there yet because I think the injuries have played a big part, bit even that concerns me ... I'm not convinced they're fit enough (even when fit) which is never a terribly good sign
