When we signed several older players with experience

many thought it good news until results didn’t go so well and then declared we had too many older players. Now we’ve replaced most of the older set and it seems to me that we lack discipline and leadership. Surely we need a balance and certainly a leader on the pitch which we haven’t had for many seasons.
