Is there really an Englishman out there that didn't laugh wholeheartedly when the Heathens suffered humiliation at the hands of teams such as Peru, Iran, Costa Rica, Morocco and the Faroe Islands?

and let's be trueful here... it's going to be a bloody long time before they qualify for anything again... world football has moved on but Scotland are sinking like a stone.
