Norwich and Ipswich are part of England and therefore by your logic when Ipswich are in europe we should support them, because they are representing England in the tournament.

How many city fans honestly supported the scum when they were in the uefa cup a few years ago.

Why should the scots support the "Great Britain" representatives in the world cup when we as city fans dont do the same.
