Three Plus Points for McConville

1) He is - or will be this summer - Home Grown, easing the pressure in that regard.
2) He was in the last six months of his contract at BHA, obviously cutting his purchase price (though Tribunal could have followed) [Hopefully BHA had offered him new terms]
3) He has shades of Hanley about him, in that he has Captained sides through the age groups.

Certainly a better deal - for me - than Fernandez
