With the money we have you can't build a team from foreign youngsters who need time to get but to speed, have no knowledge of the league, and for whom Norwich is a short term stepping stone to something better. You can have a few of those, but not a team. You need a team with a Hanley, a Kenny, a Hooligan, a Martin, a Drury, a Holt etc who want to play for Norwich and for whom it really means something.

Without those types of players, with the quality we can afford, it won't work, or it's very unlikely to work.
