Stewart Lee versus The Man Wulf (Dorking Halls)

Went out-out for my regular 18 month fix of Stewart Lee this week at his latest touring show.

Lee was his usual brilliant self, hating doing it and hating the audience more for their lack of intellect and comedic appreciation.

Being as this was the Surrey Hills, the audience got a bit more of a hard time than usual.

In summary a crafted satire on the state of comedy and the type of comedy that gets commissioned by Netflix and fills stadiums nowadays. All done in Lee's inimitable self depecating and deconstructive style.

You either love Lee or you don't get it and need to educate yourself 😉
