Give him a break. The bloke has to work almost 12/7 during the

10 month season (including pre-season training) - loads of weekends, evenings, Xmas, etc. He can only go away on holiday in the off-season. OK, I'd have liked him to use the phone a bit while he was off, but why shouldn't he take a month (20 days) off ?

I doubt you work more than him, and I'm sure you get as many if not more holidays.
