I also think the spin is a bit strange.

Two examples.

We don't have any shots on target so he says shots on target are not as important as getting into good areas.(Even though he admits other, more experienced managers In the champs don't agree)

The big emphasis on the project which is really spin for getting the fans to expect s**tty results in the short term and give them more time.
The issue I have is the pledge to get a younger team but the reality is he has only played the youth players when he has been forced to play them.
Why have we persisted with players like Barnes,Hanley and others who won't be here next season.
He says learning the way he wants to play is hard.
What's the point of teaching players who won't be here?

The signings so far have been a little underwhelming for the money spent and you have to think JHT has a big say in those.
