Doesn’t reflect well on the academy

That we don’t trust any of youngsters enough to properly back them in the first team.

Not saying they should’ve played tonight but there’s clearly no faith in any of them.

Remember Ipswich away when Aaron’s and Lewis were thrown in…it sparked big things
