It’s odd how these empty buildings keep catching fire

The old Oasis site and Pinebanks are the same.
I appreciate arsonists and bored teenagers exist, but it’s a hell of a lot cheaper to clear a burnt out shell of a building that’s a complete building - especially if asbestos is present.
