To be fair, I’d say those are all reasons why we aren’t good enough

Maybe our absolutely first XI could do it, but if we lose any one (and only one) of:

Sarge
Nunez
McLean
Gunn
Sainz

Then we probably aren’t good enough. And if our squad is so thin in crucial areas, then fundamentally we’re not up to it.
