Clearly we have to give it time for the dead wood to work its way out of the club but the issue is by the time we discover its not working we could be in a huge financial hole.
We spent 9M on Crnac and 7M for Jurasek

Most teams in the champs will use that amount of money to recruit 6-9 decent players at this level.

Selling Maddison helped us vastly improve squad quality even though he was a far better player than anyone who came in.
Overall squad quality is better than individual quality especially with 5 subs.

I'm just not sure what we are trying to do?

The numbers have suggested for two seasons that we ship too many goals yet we constantly spend the big money on attacking players.

Maybe I'm totally wrong and this all goes amazingly well.
