Recruitment

We've obviously thrown the dice on players who we think will bloom in future years. It's an approach we did under the previous managers and regime, and it looks like we're going harder in that direction under MA, Knapper and Hoff. There's snippets of promising signs, but we won't know if they've recruited well for 18 months or so, in view of the inexperience bought. (we're not able to buy experience coming into their prime, and have an awful track record on that front anyway.

We don't have three of our best players properly available (Sargent, nunez, sainz). And just lost to the team at the top.

Gonna be a season of being patient, innit?
