In many ways this has not been a bad away performance

Not sure if that makes it more or less frustrating.

We just make basic errors. Almost every goal we concede comes from our own errors. I guess in a way that is encouraging as it can’t go on for ever although to be fair it shows no sign of stopping!

We’ve gone away to a top three side and we’ve actually controlled the game quite well. We’ve never come under sustained pressure, we’ve dominated possession snd I would say we’ve probably had as many of not more good attacking situations in the final third as them. It’s just that we have absolutely no cutting edge up front without Sarg, Sainz and Nunez in the team. Couple that with our error probe defence and you get frustration. We aren’t far off being a very good side in my view but it’s a hard watch in the meantime.
