Used to travel from London to Scotland each week and the service became terrible after KLM got involved. He started a Newsletter called the “Grounded Dutchman” where Ground Hours as opposed to Air Miles could be collected.
Ended up with the then CEO of the Airline calling up the CEO of our company to complain about my colleague after copies of the newsletter started getting distributed in the KLM airport lounge (or whatever it was called then)
