Retail is such a tough gig in 2025

All our businesses are purely online.

So much easier, bigger market, less overheads.

I watched a Youtube video a few months ago which was a walking tour of Norwich city centre and almost no shops are the same since the late 90s.
Its amazing how many businesses ,come and go for even the same retail spot.
I think some companies are a bit of a ponzi scheme where they build all these locations, launch on the stock market or get bought out, owners walk away and then the business collapses a few years later.
