Apparently he regularly represents himself to be an absolute elite level gamer. Quite why is anyone's guess, but it seems to be important to him. Part of his persona as the bestest at everything.

Anyway, you may enjoy 23 minutes of the actual gaming community breaking down quite how obviously incompetent he is at Path of Exile, despite claiming to be one of the absolute best in the world. Or you may not enjoy it of course, that's the other option. Only you can decide.
