From some googling, this dude does not have the wealth to put 50mm into the team for a promotion bid, then 100mm in an odds against bid to stay up.
He could just be another version of Delia. Try to ride a great manager and some transfer gems to the PL, burn a superficial 40mm to keep the fans happy, then back down to the champs. This seems to be odds on.
Whatever. In the meantime, the scout who decided to burn 10mm of his boss' money on Crnac needs to be fired
