I guess it depends what evidence is acceptable ......

i assume if either assistant , fourth official or a official assessor in the stand sees it that will carry a lot of weight , the Sunderland player involved will carry some and his team mates but less , and i guess good quality tv pictures and press photos might count as well

its not like Kennys where the guy was laying on the ground afterwards
