Huge gap between academy and first team

Look at our academy strikers in recent years. Dickson-Peters, Omotoye and now Aboh all scored goals at U21 level, and all completely flopped on loan to lower league clubs.

Our current U21s don’t appear to be a vintage crop either, apart from Myles, but he’s only 17. And he *has* been on the first team bench.
