Don't flap. Still a decent chance of the playoffs

BUT
1) We really need some more midfield cover. I think JHT has been rythlessly managing fatigue, and its not easy. Gibbs back would make a difference i think
2) badly need sarge.
3) badly need Cordoba playing every week
4) another winger in Jan would be great
5) long term, another CB, winger, CDM are mandatory. 2 wingers if we lose Sainz.

I wish JHT had had Sara and Rowe to play with. We are lacking threats.
