Replace the brie & camembert with

Maida Vale or Ashcombe or Norfolk White Lady for home based quotas and a bit more flair at the back.

British cheese is the best. And Quince. Cheddar and stilton are good choices.

All on water biscuits or cream crackers, maybe a Cornish wafer. And not that flimsy Carrs rubbish. A proper water biscuit that doesn't snap when you tackle it with butter.
