Just recently I discovered...

There was a few hundred quid put in a pension when I just left school.
It's now worth over 10 grand.
Compounding is pretty cool.

Stock markets have been on a huge tear since 2008, about the time I started investing large sums.
(Better to be lucky than good!)
My gut tells me the next few years are going to be turbulent.
I have moved quite a bit of my portfolio to safer investments.
Following Warren G Buffet to having a pile of cash when the downturn comes.
