He had a half second to react tbf

The crowd reaction boggled my mind. We could see the pass on but he had such a short window to play it he had to at least try a shot, even when the angle was so so tight. It was a completely unexpected chance and I really can’t blame him for going on instinct alone and absolutely can’t blame him for missing.
