I think that we need to drop Crnac now, and i suspect JHT will next week.

It's fine to give a new young player time/miinutes/confidence, but this is really costing us. No movement or threat.

We are short of a CB still. For about 6 years now.
Need a backup striker.

probably need a midfielder with real magic too.
