I agree.

Let's be real.

Both Knapper and Hoff have virtually zero experience or long term results at this level.
They can talk a good game but Football is and always will be a results based game.

Webber (for all his faults) did an amazing job finding cheap/free talent and being able to develop them to the point we got top dollar when selling them.
While at the same time having success in terms of promotions and balancing the books somewhat (no crazy debts)

IMHO that's a hell of an act to follow up on.
