Two blatent apparent things at the World Cup 4 African nations, 3 already played

Ivory Coast, who aren't naive footballers but gifted European based players, so when they played Argentina, they weren't fouling all the time but getting on with the game and they were respected like any other team

Whilst it's fashionable to want Ghana and Angola to do well, it's shocking to see referees giving African sides special treatment when it comes to playing

I lost count last night of Ghanian players going straight through in the tackle, leaving arms straying, pushing opponents before playing ball, DIVING, and purposely injuring Italian players (totti, and the offside goal where the Ghanian purpose went to bring Iacquinta down)

It isn't good for the tournament, and no other nation gets this treatment, so why should the africans

The only reason Ghana and Angola went close in the world cup is because referees kept them with 11 men
