The problem with the model is that it requires patience

Use Sara as an example:

Buy for decent money, he improves and is sold for excellent money.

That cycle starts again but takes 2-3 years to come to fruition each time.

At the moment the players who need a hand aren't getting it as our best/most experienced players are all out.
