The aggravating factors are alcohol, punching him when he wasn’t even looking and wasn’t being aggressive, and going back to punch him a few more times when he was dazed on the ground. The mitigating factors are good character, remorse, one off, no serious harm.
What does the Wrath reckon? My bet is on a fine and maybe a little community service, for s**ts and giggles.
