I won't take the decision lightly thus asking for advice. It's a hell of a comitment I understand. I'm looking to move out of Nodge next year so it's with that in mind and hopefully be somewhere with more space. So much to think about taking it on but I really want to. Lot's to ponder with your post and ty for it.
