Ignoring the news?

I'm not ignoring anything.

Given the information at the time. I still don't think it's bad to stand up to an oppresive regime.

With the benefit of hindsight things could have been handled a lot better in the aftermath.

But then. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

And i refute the allegation totally that i "took the piss" out of anyone for protesting against the war.

So. What do we do if this situation occurs again?

Bury our heads in the sand and hope it will go away?

And don't get so f**kin personall.

It weakens your argument.
