They've done the full bit

I still maintain they've recruited well. They've recruited an excellent champs squad and will only lose their very few Prem-quality players on going down (Leif Davies, Rory Delap, ermmmmm, that's it).

So the strategy is lock in parachutes and a strong season next season and give it a go this year and if they stay up all good (for them).

Which on the face of it is not a bad strategy at all. They've just done it in a very expensive way, which is sad for them.
