There is a huge difference between......

"the opinion of the jury that the defendent did not commit the offences" (which is what I said) and innocence (which I didn't mention at all).

As I said, it all depends on the evidence and in this case in the opinion of the jury, there was insufficient to ;prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt.
