Simple solution would be to have loads of pre-poured beverages.

The staff at the serving hatches at half time in the South stand always seem shocked at the huge rush of people that arrive, strangely nearly always around 40-45 mins after kick off.
And they pour the beers like they’re 12 years old and pouring a naughty drink for grandad
