We looked very good for most of the first half, but our finishing let us down. The Nunez injury changed the game and Stoke got back into it. Draw a fair result in the end.
What struck me was how little threat we presented down either flank, until Chrisene came on near the end. I’m pleased Crnac scored, but clearly he’s not a winger, and Doyle didn’t link up effectively with Sainz today.
Hoping the injuries don’t rule out both Nunez and Cordoba for Tuesday.
