When I had a stoooodent job as a barman in Wroxham in the summers

We were taught that when it’s 5 deep at the bar and you’ve totally lost track of the order, you just stand back look at them all and say “Right, who’s next?”

Most people are decent enough to know who’s turn it *really* is, and so won’t lie. And if anyone ever did, everyone else would shout them down. And sometimes there’d be an entertaining spat.

Another method (before you lost track) would be to point to the next three people and say “Right, it’s going to be you, you then you”. Helped you keep track and deterred people from jumping in.
