Like most "investors" he assumes the risk but..

He will essentially buy the club with it's own money over the long term.
The risk is minimal because we have physical assets and future money promised.
IMHO the debt is overblown. If we carried that debt with a financial institution instead of Mark we would probably pay a lot less interest.
The major risk is the collapse of the transfer model in the EFL which was recently mentioned.
