I read quite deeply into that. Borja always seemed very driven but also a bit of a moaner when things weren’t perfect. Had a proper moan at Crnac a couple of times first half for playing what he obviously thought was the wrong ball or getting it wrong. I think the coach is making the point that despite being young and relatively new at Norwich himself, in this squad and especially how he is performing, he is being looked up to by many of the new youngsters, and so he is seen as one of the leaders by them and should change the tone of his feedback to keep demanding excellence but do it in a positive encouraging way rather than the arms flailing and rolling his eyes etc.
