Saw a post about the Nelson Hotel being redeveloped

Looks like similar thing happening in Kenton, we got a flier through the door, about our local Beefeater / Premier Inn. A public consultation is being launched to provide more housing and a restuarant / pub below the dwellings.

The one in Kenton has a huge pub but if doesn't appear to me to be that well used.
