if he is the victim, why has he shelled out millions to stop things going to court

surely if you are a victim, you'd fight to clear your name, not write a cheque for $16 million

You could say its because its worth that to not get the publicity, but he should fight to clear his name

Money talks and if you have enough of it, sadly justice doesn't exist
